Hi pearlin! just as what mimi said, we have the same dish.. and i missed eating that. its more on sour taste for us unfortunately, we dont have banana flower/heart here in doha =(

That looks delicious, I love veggies, except I don’t like it spicy. We have a similar dish here, banana heart cooked with shrimp and coconut cream…

You must try it Mimi it is very delicious and not at all spicy and do share your recipe too.would love to try ti with shrimp.
